At HealthInsideIt, we are committed to delivering high-quality wellness products and ensuring a positive customer experience. While we do not typically accept returns or offer refunds, exceptions are made under specific circumstances outlined below.
Eligible Returns
Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:
Products damaged during transit
Items with physical defects
Incorrect product delivered
If your order falls into one of these categories, please email us at care@healthinsideit.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. Kindly include clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item to support your claim.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Please note, we will not accept returns if:
The product has been used
The seal is broken
The serial number or packaging is tampered with
All returned items will be carefully inspected. If your claim is validated, we will proceed with a refund or replacement based on your preference. If the return is found to be ineligible, the product will be shipped back to you.
Refund Timelines
For online payments, refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit/debit card, net banking, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days of approval.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account within 14 working days after confirmation.
