Cancellation & Exchange Policy

At HealthInsideIt, we understand that you may occasionally need to cancel an order, and we’re here to help make that process as smooth as possible.

When Can You Cancel?
You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped. To initiate a cancellation, please email our customer support team at care@healthinsideit.com with your order details.

Once we acknowledge your request and confirm the order has not been dispatched, we will process your cancellation and initiate a full refund. Refunds for prepaid orders are typically processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

After Shipment
Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for further assistance.
